So I'm looking to take Maca and Tribulius. Is it better to take these supplements in powdered for or pill form?

It depends on the product. Some vary with food intake.
This is extremely flawed... what has led you to this thought process?
There is a lot more that goes into capping a product compare to filling a tub. Also, capped products are usually something that offers more than bulk powder.πβπInπβπ

First of all, you're 15. Get out of the supplement section and get in to the nutrition and training sections. You shouldn't even be taking supplements at your age.
Creatine powder is cheaper than pills per serving.
Let's take a look at ON Micronized Creatine Monohydrate:
Look at the prices per serving:
Capsules: http://www.bodybuilding.com/store/ca...te=store&btnG=
Powder: http://www.bodybuilding.com/store/ca...r=0&site=store
The powder already has a lower price per serving and you still have to take in to account the the capsules have half as much creatine per serving as the powder does.
Capsules are more expensive because it costs supplement companies time/money to cap the creatine. Also, supp companies know that some people will pay the extra amount because of the convenience of the capsules. It has nothing to do with what is more effective. They are the same thing. If you open up creatine capsules you get the same exact powder you would if you ordered the powdered form."Man is nothing else but what he makes of himself." - Jean Paul Sartre

Bulldog is good people
In the real world, if a delivery method only provided 10-20% that method would not be used. You can have a source say otherwise, but it just would not work. Another way to look at it, think on the massive money scale of big pharmaceuticals where effectiveness has to be legitimately proven. The delivery methods are similar.πβπInπβπ
