    Jack3d 1,3-Dimethylamylamine question

    I read/saw a lot about this being removed from Jack3d, but the container I bought just 2 days ago says it still contains it. Can someone explain? I'm kinda worried about it. I live in Australia if that changes anything.

    1,3-dimethylamylamine has been banned in a few countries. It's a stimulant that provides "jittery" energy.

    Thanks for the tips guys, I'll keep away from preworkouts from now on. I've only had one serving and I noticed I couldn't sleep that night, but I didn't get a pump at all. I think I'm too caffeine tolerant for a PWO anyway.

    as it's been said on this thread, there's a compound in jack3d that's being banned due to it being considered a "performance booster". Jack3d is still on the shelves with that formula compound still in it, so don't worry about thinking you posses a "banned supplement". Since you're 17 i'd say that it's okay for you to take a preworkout, just don't over do it. I took creatine for wrestling, but was stupid and followed threads that said I needed a loading phase of 20-25g of creatine for a week. The end result is that I was easily injured and had quenched thirst 24/7. Only bright side is that my strength was incredible, doubt that it was the supp though. Stick to the basics; 6-8 meals, healthy foods, lots of protein, 1-2 supps, do this and you'll be set.

    No reason to touch Jack3d at such a young age. IMO it's a great energy booster but there are much better supplements out there to help you actually put on muscle with higher doses on the essentials.

    I took it when i was about 15 turning 16 since i was on football and alot of kids were using it. It worked but everytime i used it id be wired for the whole night and wouldnt be able to sleep and then after two weeks of using it i didnt feel anything at all.
    My advice would be to stay away from stuff like that
