    Working/commuting 16hours a day

Hello.. so basically I am working 14 hours a day and driving for 2hours a day for about 3 weeks now and my weight has gone from 235lbs to 224lbs within this time.
What I need is suggestions on high protein foods/items I can bring and sneak in quickly throughout the day since I only take lunch and no breaks, anything preferably high cal/high protein content, id like to keep it on the cleaner side if possible. Thanks

By the way, I hate fish with a passion

Intermittent fasting would suite you. Chicken or other meats, jerky, shakes, cottage cheese, greek yogurt for protein, assorted nuts for fats and carbs shouldn't be hard to come across
