    Working great brah, if I try to do cardio at the same time as bulking I always end up at maintenance or even loosing weight so its not worth it

    lol haven't done cardio in god knows how long. it's decent, I'm a meso, but I manage to stay lean enough (13 or 14% bf) even with a ****ty diet. I'm way too lazy to do cardio, if I want to get lean I'll change up my diet (though I'm too lazy to do this too, need a professional cook).

    Not even joking here, after 3 sets of squats I am literally panting and ready to leave the gym. I have to push myself to either do leg press or extensions. I have to have separate quad and ham days because there is no way I could ever do SLDL or even leg curls afterwards. Under 10% body fat too, lol. Fuarkkkkkkkk, I get out of breath running up the stairs.

    yeah, there's no doubt cardio is important for the heart and other reasons.. but its crazy to see some shredded mofuggas that look great and do 0 cardio

    If you're lifting hard enough it will count as cardio.



    I just do weights 5 times a week, never run/etc.


    But last sunday I did a 7k race, it wasnt even hard, managed it in 31mins (not great, but above average). I'm guessing i did okay thanks to the cardio workout i get lifting weights.

    Im a short endo, I literally have to do cardio 5 days a week.


    Feels terrible, but Im in pretty good shape. I like doing cardio because I can run, box jump, jump rope, etc and makes me feel more athletic.
