Not even joking here, after 3 sets of squats I am literally panting and ready to leave the gym. I have to push myself to either do leg press or extensions. I have to have separate quad and ham days because there is no way I could ever do SLDL or even leg curls afterwards. Under 10% body fat too, lol. Fuarkkkkkkkk, I get out of breath running up the stairs.
