Wanted to share some pictures with you guys with some recent pictures. This is over a 9 month span with a couple of short bulk then cut cycles. I realize i need to just go all out on a one year bulk eventually because i'm still fairly small but everytime i get up close to 15% I can't stand it anymore and cut back down. Anyway, here's the progress i've made in close to 9 months (I know it could have been better but I feel there is improvement nonetheless). My lifts have improved greatly (deadlift 405x5, Bench 300x2 were my new pr's). Feel free to critique, give advice, etc. I've been on a cut cycle for the past month or so (going on vacation in a week) keeping calories around 2k usually with one small lunch and a 1500 calorie dinner keeping protein high.
