    Weight Loss rather stagnant

Hello so first post, Awesome. I am currently 250, I am struggling to get lower. I first started working out I was 270 back in February, so you see my weight loss is very slow. I currently work out everyday of the week, it helps me maintain my sanity with work. I usually do heavy lifting benching, squatting, lots of upper body, some lower body. I take pre workout supplements C4 and creatine. So first thing's first, I have calculated my total caloric intake and it is right around 3300. I have just started counting calories in the past week or two weeks and I don't go over 2000 calories a day... So I am super confused could I be counting incorrectly or any tips on how to maintain progressive weight loss? Also any tips on weight loss would be incredible, I am determined and I have seen significant gain in muscle. So I am pretty excited about my workout routine and ability. Thanks for looking at this post

Keep lifting heavy but add some cardio. If you're currently not doing any, start with 3 days of 15 minutes not including warm-up or cool down. Keep the intensity to a moderate pace for a month. After a month, start including intervals of 1 minute high intensity, and 2 minutes moderate intensity. Also, make sure you're eating for fuel. Whole grain bread, potatoes with the skin, oatmeal, whole fruits, and vegetables. Also get your healthy protein like chicken and limited amounts of beef. Junk food doesn't have to be completely eliminated but make sure you plan for it. The supplements are fine as long as they are just that, supplements.

The book "Ripped" by Clarence Bass is an incredible starting point for diet check out his stuff.
