    Will kre alkline help me gain weight I bench 155 lbs and I weight 165 I have been stuck at this weight I need to gain weight will krea alkline help

    Are you currently using creatine? How long have you been training/plateaued? As the above poster said, making sure your diet and training are in order is most important, but as far as supplements go, a creatine would be the best one to use if you're starting somewhere.

    Just like with CM Kre will do the same thing without the bloat feeling some people feel. I would focus on diet and your lifting. If your current protocol is leaving you at a plateau change your training. Look into a system like PRRS or something like that.
    If you not feeling the burn your not pushing hard enough.
