    Wrist pain, please help.

    so a few weeks ago I bought this hand grip strengthening tool and played around with it. I tried to squeeze with maximum force a few times, and after I was done, my wrist starting to feel weak and I am getting a slight sharp pain in the center of my wrist a few hours later.

    And it got worse this week after heavy benching and overhead pressing. The pain origins from the center and radiates through the entire wrist. It's a sharp, radiating pain. Even when I am at rest, there is a slight discomfort / pain in my wrist.

    The pain worsens when I flex my wrist, and when I bench or do any form of pressing exercise. What is the cause of this pain? What do I need to do to heal it ASAP?
