that's the same pair I have. definitely comfortable, but with extended wear, they basically pull the hairs out of your legs and itch. but it's great not having your legs hanging out while doing decline

i never lift without them. bicycle kicks in boxers = no bueno and keeps your junk in place and out of harms way lulz
i own 5 pairs of nike pro combat high cut (low cut covers quads and is ****gy)

Most definitely. Great for basketball and running. I got some of the Nike ones that you can put padding in and 2 pairs of underarmor ones.
