    Hi Guys! New Guy here :))

    Hi guys,

    I'm looking to pack on more muscle, and I don't know where to start.
    Some of my friends tell me to do crossfit, some others tell me to run, i'm not too sure where to start.
    Perhaps 1 of you fitness geniuses could get me started with a workout plan, diet and nutrition?
    Age is 17
    weight is 165
    max bench is 185, squat is 235, deadlift is 350
    I don't really do any powercleans/olympic lifting

    I have whey protein supplement at my house also

    Hey im new also ( to the forum not weightlifting ). Basically just eat alot ( good food not meaning junk food such as chips mcdonalds etc. ) I just turned 15 1 month ago i bench 255-260ish squat 320 ( was higher but knee problems slowed me down alot and progressively lost str on squat ) and deadlift 330 . Year ago i benched 115 max squat 185 max and deadlift didn't even do it lol. Basically all it took for me was just to workout on a good plan and stay consistant and work as hard as you can . Running is not going to pack on muscles working out will. Running will burn fat if you want to cut but not really going to help you pack on muscle lol. So since your new becareful not to overtrain since its tempting and get a good routine off this website. Maybe read up on some of the tips also i know there one on like 13 things teens need to be aware of and multiple other post / articles about that . Good luck Hope i partially helped . Not really a genius fairly new myself (;

    Nice starting out lifts.

    Look into routines like Madcows 5x5, Layne Nortons PHAT.

    Remember, get stronger and eat more.
