    There is no background information. When someone gives an advice, one must be able to show why it is advantageous to use a particular approach or angle. It's a bit like handing your car over to a mechanic because it makes a funny noise and the guy says "Well, you will have to change the left rear tire and always skip second gear, just go directly to the third" would you not want to know why you are changing the left rear tire and avoiding the second gear?
    What he says is not consistent with the anatomy and physiology. It is taken out of thin air and has no scientific relevance.

    I skipped through it and stopped where he was talking a few times. He explains his reasoning for doing things. I mean, its already a 20 minute video, how long and in depth do you want it to be?

    He referenced too wide of a grip, which for him, anywhere past the curve on a wide-grip bar is less effective.
