Right now he gives you an instruction, but no data. It's a bit like handing your car over to a mechanic because it makes a funny noise and the guy says "Well, you will have to change the left rear tire and always skip second gear, just go directly to the third" would you not want to know why you are changing the left rear tire and avoiding the second gear?
What he says is not consistent with the anatomy and physiology. It is taken out of thin air and has no scientific relevance.
