All whey protein from the major whey driers is "cold-filtered" as well. Just because it's cold filtered doesn't mean its not exposed to heat. USDA requires it to be "flashed" at ultra high temperatures to eliminate salmonella and other nasties. Then there's the drying process too where liquid is converted to powder.

He probably wears scrubs bec he doesn't want to come off as a pompous Doctor, but I work in 2 hospitals and I can assure you that no docs ever wear scrubs. Nurses do, and some physical therapists do, but every doctor I've ever met either wears the white lab coat over dress casual, or a full suit & tie. Scrubs are for the support staff.
As far as this whey, seems like total BS to me. On the other hand, I have been reading a lot lately about glutathione and dosing it separately, in addition to what you get pre-cursor wise in your protein shakes, is probably a good idea. Might add this to my list of staples.**Eat lots and lots of birds. The smaller the bird, the more compact its protein content. Parrots are great sources for protein.**
