Alright so just decided to keep this log mainly for myself to keep track of weight and basically just log!
Starting weight about four weeks ago was 185 pounds.
I weighed in at 178 on Sunday morning (3 days ago)
So yeah, I'm at about 14-15% BF and it all lies around my abs/lower back.Lean arms/legs and face, so this guts gotta go!
I've been on a deficit of about 400 cals for the past two weeks now, and it's been working fine but just not quite what I've wanted to see. EC TIME!
Yesterday
WEIGHT: 177
So, i'm super stim sensitive and I've decided to UP the doses very gradually so my body can adjust.
I'm using 8mg pills of E and 200mg pills of C
On this day I took a morning dose of 4mgE 50mgC
At 2pm another dose 4mgE 50mgC
Awesome work out at the end of the day.
Thought I'd add in the fact that I'm officially quitting smoking. it's been 5 years of smoking cigarettes and I'm finally ready to stop. cold turkey. Tuesday December 13th is officially the day I quit AND started EC stack.

Day 2
WEIGHT: 176 Pounds
WORST DAY EVER. woke up 4 hours later than I should have. Missed school. Missed EC dose.
Dosing today: I was going to repeat yesterdays dosing scheme, but I missed morning dose, so I decided I'll take a single dose of
8mgE 50mgC.
Tomorrow I might do the same (morning and 2pm dose),
then bump it to
8mgE 75mgC,
then 12mgE 100mgC,
If i react well to that dose I may take it up to 16mgE 150mgC.

Day 3
WEIGHT: 179 pounds
Just woke up, going to dose
8mgE 50mgC
once now at 9AM and the second dose at 2PM
alright, 2pm I upped the dose to 12mg E 100mgC
figured I'm waiting too long to bump it. currently its 5pm feels pretty good. gives a hot sweaty feeling.
For tomorrow I'm going to run the same 12mgE 100mgC at 2 doses. 9am and 2pm.
So far so good. hunger is completely gone, no cravings for anything, not even cigarettes.. My temper is through the roof though. especially when driving!! Slow old ladies I hate the most
I think if I take 12E 100C for the next two days I'll be able to bump it to 16E 150C X2/daily. I have a feeling thats going to be my sweet spot. If not, I'll take it up to 20E 200CLast edited by loik; 12-15-2011 at 03:17 PM.

edit: ok brahs, gonna head to the gym now for some light cardio and core work. I wanted to add that I Changed the 2pm dose to about 14E 130C and it feels damn amazing right now (2 hours later). Definitely take this stuff on an empty stomach for full effect. surprisingly I have no major jitters or anything, I guess even the way I abruptly increased doses It still counted as building up.

I'm near 100% sure my scale is messed up, as it's been giving me some weird numbers lately. SOO I'm going to continue posting the weights, but I'm going to be judging results based on appearance (like one should).
This morning 9AM taking a dose of 16E 150C on an empty stomach!
Will update with some notes after PM dose and gym time.

Yeah, photos might be something I'll do (for you guys to see the difference). haha I might just have to buy a new scale!
lol, well I was more angry about the fact that I had just quit cigarettes and was craving nicotine. It's also been 7 days for that and feels very good to be free!! I'm surprised how easy it was, especially after 5 years of smoking.. Cardio here I come!

Notes in general
Okay, so today was my first day double dosing 16E and 150C. I think this is the perfect dosage for me and it keeps me jusssst barely under what I would consider to be "too much jitters". I am SUPER impressed with the results so far! definitely noticeable in the mirror. I think I'm going to run for maybe a total of 35 days.
also, the appetite suppression effect is unreal, I have cravings for nothing at all! Pretty much have to remind myself its food time lol
Just one thing I have noticed is that the past week i've been getting a weird "hollow head" feeling. I feel like my head is a big bubble and light as air sometimes. I'm not sure if this is a side effect of quitting smoking and a side effect of caffeine, however, it's not very noticeable.

Alright, it is the evening of Day 8.
did my two doses today, did not do any cardio today, sore as hell though from deadlifts yesterday. I have been noticing the stimulant effect of the caffeine wearing down, I did not get the initial "high" like i used to. Do you guys suggest i up the dose? or is EC still working?
