I was sitting on the bus on the way to uni this morning (im typing this in the library atm) and some old lady of about 70-75 gets on. There's at least four other seats free around me at this point and she comes up to me and asks if she can sit where im sitting as she 'likes' the seat and sits there whenever she's on. I just think to myself 'lol wut, this can't be real life' and long story short I politely refused and explained there's other seats around. Cue her looking at me in disbelief and glares from other people on the bus for the rest of the journey.
Now I could easily have given her my seat tbh but its the principle.
EDIT - I didn't tell her to **** off, I said very politely that there were many other seats around me which she could take. Is that so bad as to be worthy of negs?

Who gives a ****? The days of women acting like women are over, so they can shove their chivalry in their cum guzzling *******s for all I care.
I had the same situation. I was on the underground when an oldish couple get on (must be 50) with one of their parents (85+) The really old woman sat down next to me and said "It would be nice if you let that lady sit down" so I just nodded and said "Yeah, it would".
She was totally able to stand for herself, and so she did.
edit: Here's for all the retarded feminists. This woman was late 40s early 50s and completely able to stand. She wasn't disabled, pregnant or only had one leg, she was just a normal woman. Equal rights = Stand on a train like every other human being. I would have given up my seat, without hesitation, to the really old lady but there was a free seat next to me already.Last edited by VestBrah; 12-14-2011 at 01:32 PM.
