5'9-6'0 is the best height for bodybuilding imo. Rarely do the absolute elite builds not fall into that range. I think average sized people live longer as well. That being said, 6'3-6'5 is the ideal height imo. If I was that big with my frame and genetics I would have been extremely pleased. Fine how I am however. It's never bothered me.

Actors stand on boxes, wear heels, have their co-stars stand in trenches (yes, they dig trenches for people to walk in when they act by tom cruise, so that he looks taller), etc... because they KNOW that his height is not idea.
Your list just proves that point, since they are all actors and go to great lengths to appear around 6ft.4k+ rep back ALL THE TIME YO, sup sup sup.

This thread makes me feel good, though I still consider 6' to be the ideal height. Not too tall not too short.
Strong wtf @ Brad Pitt being 5'10. Makes me feel good too.

Im 6 ft 7. Its not about your height, its how good looking your face is and how in proportion and aesthetic your body is in regards to your height. Its hard to be out of proportion at 5 ft 8 op...

Wrong
Nutrition and other factors during childhood also affect height albeit to a much lesser extent than genetics. Do you think its a coincidence that the average height for people in most developed countries is a couple inches taller than that of less developed world? Take North and South Korea for example, the people have the same genetics yet South Koreans are on average somewhere around 3 inches taller than the average North Koreans. This is due rampant malnutrition in North Korea.
From wiki:
"Adult height between populations often differs significantly, as presented in detail in the chart below. For example, the average height of women from the Czech Republic is greater than that of men from Malawi. This may be caused by genetic differences, childhood lifestyle differences (nutrition, sleep patterns, physical labor), or both." - http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Human_height

Of course most of the "most influential people" will be average height... It is not because height plays any factor, it is because there are astoundingly more people with average height than with above/below average height. That is how averages work...

Messi 5'6''
Maradona 5'5''
Pele 5'8''
Crujff 5'11
Cristiano Ronaldo 6'1''
Ronaldo de lima 6'0''
Ronaldinho 5'11''
No one has been taller than 6'2'' and considered a world class footballer of the highest level.
Football is a good bench mark for athleticism as it involves endurance, speed, power, strength, agility and reflexes.
I'm happy with my height. If I was much taller I would suck at football which is basically my life atm.
Makes me laugh when people troll height. You obviously have nothing going for you in life if the only good thing you can say about yourself is how tall you are.
