I'm 17 about to be 18 I've trained since I was 15. I'm 153 solid gains but really honestly have no idea what I'm doin. I want to be huge I'm 5'7. I need a workout plan, meal plan and supplement stack. Please help me I need it cause I honestly don't know what I'm doing.

Start by reading the Stickies here and in the Exercises and Nutrition sections.
Generic advice:
- Stick to the fundamentals to start (squats, deads, bench press, overhead press, etc.)
- Get your diet in line
