    Rehband knee sleeves

I have a chance to get some rehband knee sleeves...not sure if I should get the old version(blue ones)
or the new version(greyish)...I've heard some people prefer the older ones because they're thicker.
Any advice dear oly lifters? I'm just a recreatiional oly lifter btw.

Get the blue ones while you can, I believe they are discontinued.

get the old style blue ones from jackals gym. The new ones suck. Some people like the new ones for their elbows, but I don't think I have heard anybody who is happy with the new ones for their knees.

i have the grey (newer) ones, and they help a lot when i have knee pain. I haven't tried the blue ones, so I can't compare. but I haven't had any complaint about the grey knee sleeves.

I have heard the new grey ones are of a lesser quality than the old blue ones

I have the blue ones and like them, it seems anyone else who has knee sleeves has the blue ones also.

Receive my first knee sleeves two days ago (7mm blue rehbands). Loving them so far. The only place where you can get them is Jackal's gym I think.

I have a generic pair of sleeves that were fairly cheap, just ordered some of the old style blue Rehbands from strengthshop. Ordered a size smaller than i figured i would need, will report back on how they fit.

So my knees are measuring at 41cmm which puts me in the XL category (39-42) but everyone says to order small. I dont have the smallest of quads so im not sure whether to get L or XL.

I mean im only gonna use em for slight support and warmth, when i do my max's ill still use my inzer knee wraps but as of lately, my knees are giving me a bit of chit.

    thoughts guys?
