Sucks that you can't lift for the entire summer FFS...at least you'll be keeping up with strength at your new job. Sounds like a lot of fun TBH - better than sitting in at a desk for hours on end. In b4 videos of Fran effortlessly picking up 300 lb atlas stones.

Just a small update, sitting at 195.2lbs, friend got some tractor tires, I've done some tire flips this weekend. It's a great workout actually, so whenever I go there I'll be doing that. One of them is so heavy I can barely do a few reps with it.
Been burning tons of calories at work so it's hard to keep up with the weight, but going to try to stay above 195 this summer."Do not try to fake passion, because eventually somebody will come along who is truly passionate and they will fuking embarass you"- Ryan Doris

Yessir!
My friend has offered for me to come to his house to lift whenever I want. He lives about 15 mins away, been setthere once and he's got a barbell, squat stands, bench, DBs and EZ curl bar. Awesome setup with 470lbs of weight too. Should try and hit it twice a week just to maintain."Do not try to fake passion, because eventually somebody will come along who is truly passionate and they will fuking embarass you"- Ryan Doris

It's been infrequent, have been there 3 times. I have dermatitis on my foot right now and have been working a chit load lately, worked 7am-1:30am the other day.
No car.
It doesn't matter, regardless all the money I earn has to go to school anyway. I'm in no position to spend over 500$ on anything."Do not try to fake passion, because eventually somebody will come along who is truly passionate and they will fuking embarass you"- Ryan Doris

April 8th workout.
Guess that was a 3 rep PR on deadz. And I guess I had to cut this workout short for some reason.
Things I'm going to work on next year are completing all sets and exercises I have assigned for that day regardless of how much I feel like I'm going to die. No leaving gym early. Must manage my time better. Also going to invest in some liquid chalk, i've tried some recently and it will be a great tool for my kunty school that hates the site of white substance in the gym.
Being out of the gym makes you appreciate being in it even more, definitely not going to take it for granted for the 8ish months I do have it for.Last edited by Francis333; 07-13-2014 at 04:32 PM.
