you must have problems with sleeping if you live in ontario lol, isn't it already like 5 AM there? doesn't it affect your gains when you don't get enough sleep lol

i have a question cuz i just turned 14 a couple months ago and all i got is a 15 pound dumbbell. What workout should i do? Im kinda a endomorph/mesomorph. Im 5'6" 160 lbp i have cut lower legs and triceps braud sholders w/ titys 32inch waist about 15.15% body fat and im try to lose my love handels and titys what should do?

Overall decent workout. Had to do Rows first because this ******* decided to stay in the only squat rack for over 30 minutes doing squats then 10 sets of phucking curls. I never understood the hatred for this...now I do.
Rows were pretty bad. Didn't touch chest on all the reps because I was trying to limit the leg drive. Maybe I'll switch to a bodybuilding row pulling to the hip at a 45 degree angle?
Squats were pretty good. Although it kinda sucks how 190 is pretty hard while I was doing 245 earlier...My legs are once again hurting like a bish though and they were not fully recovered from tuesday's session.
OHP was actually good. I didn't think I could hit that but I did
Pullup bar was taken so I decided to do some calf raises using 215 (no idea if that is alot??).
Pullups were bad. This guy was cycling so he made me hurry up so I got like a minute of rest in between sets. I always take more than that. Also the 45lb plate was awkward as phuck with the rope belt because it kept bashing agains't my knees. Tried wide grip pullups. Brutal. Good job on the OHP, did you watch my 175x5 row video? The way I row has made my lats and traps grow well, worth trying out with the 45 degree angle.
Squats are always hard, don't read into it. Gjdm with doing pull ups, not sure if you know this but I used to be a pull up guru, getting +90x1 and starting the teen pull up crew lol. Good times!I'm aware I'm a wolf

I used to go to a gym in the GTA. I go to gyms all over the place now. GTA yeah. Mostly I go to one that is pretty far from the GTA though. WHere you from?
I think a combination of 245 was like my peak squat at that time so I just exhausted myself trying to get 245 and it was exam time so sleep was sparse. Also I haven't worked out in 3 weeks so I just reset to 185.

I've been seriously thinking of switching to PHAT this week. Not tomorrow as I don't want to have your guys' opinions on if I should switch.
I can't really switch to PHAT at the end of the summer because my school gym sucks and doesn't have any machines/equipment that I would need on PHAT.
I would rather start it at this gym because they have the machines.
Also frequency is a bit of a problem. PHAT is 5 days a week and I would compress it into 4 days a week by combining 2 of the days. 4 days a week will be hard to maintain over the summer but I'll try.
