I go to the gym 3 times a week. Should i workout my chest each tgime, or should i only do it twice a week, for e.g. Monday and friday?
Also, how many times a week should you do arm isolation exercises. I mainly do compund lifts, but how many times should i do bicep/tricep isolation exercies a week?
