    Workout chest only twice a week?

    I go to the gym 3 times a week. Should i workout my chest each tgime, or should i only do it twice a week, for e.g. Monday and friday?
    Also, how many times a week should you do arm isolation exercises. I mainly do compund lifts, but how many times should i do bicep/tricep isolation exercies a week?

    Arm isolation only once a week or 2 every 10 days at max. and minimal sets if your doing other compounds.

    If you're going 3 times a week:

    Squats 3 times a week, bench press twice a week, deadlift once a week, press once a weekm, pullups/barbell rows twice a week.

    Add in additional isolation movements as your recovery dictates.

    3-6 sets of biceps and triceps on Monday and Friday.
