Natural bodybuilders look very small, expecially on shirt, when contest ready
Using the data from natural bodybuilding champions of the last years it has been measured that the average maximum weight they can be at 5.10' and 5-6% body fat is 160 pounds. They look shredded without shirts but average with shirt on.
On the other hand a natural with 16% body fat would look big even with a shirt on although not as defined shirtless, so it's a matter of priorities: you want to look shredded on the beach or bigger and intimidating with a shirt on?
