    Stack or all-in-one?

    Right so my aim is to gain size and strength and ive been training seriously, one body part per week, for about 10 months so ive got my routine and diet down. Im not really bothered if my body fat increases as i can always cut but obviously want to bulk as clean as possible! My next logical step is to experiment with supplements to optimize gains. In the past i have tried all-in-ones and got decent progress but am considering creating a more personalized stack.

    The best all-in-one ive tried is Sci-Mx Omni Hardcore, I take half a serving pre and half post workout, so each day i take one serving and get the following:

    Total Calories: 563
    Protein: 45g
    Total Carbohydrates: 80g (Mainly maltodextrin)
    Fat: 4.74g

    Vitamin B6: 2.1mg
    Magnesium: 281.25mg
    Zinc: 7.5mg
    Chromium: 30mcg

    MesoNoid Muscle Gain Stack (18g):
    HMB (Hydroxy Beta Methylbutyrate): 1500mg
    BCAAs (Branched Chain Amino Acids): 8000mg
    Glutamine: 4000mg
    MCT Oil (Medium Chain Triglycerides): 3600mg
    Taurine: 1000mg
    Aminogen: 200mg
    Bioperine: 5mg
    Chromium: 30mcg

    Tri-CreataCore Size and Strength Stack (8.5g):
    Creatine Monohydrate and Creatine Pyruvate: 5000mg
    Beta-Alanine: 1500mg
    AAKG (Arginine Alpha-Ketoglutarate): 2000mg

    Andro-MX-T Male Support Stack (700mg):
    Avena Sativa (Wild Oats): 210mg
    Nettle Root Extract: 200mg
    ZMA: 290mg

    My question is, would it be more beneficial to buy separate supplements or an all-in-one? I was thinking of this for a stack:
    BCAA's (Something like Xtend)
    Creatine
    Whey Protein
    Multivitamin (I take every day anyway)
    Fish Oil (I take every day anyway)
    Carbs i can get easily from oats etc

    The sci-mx has more added extras like HMB, beta-alanine, taurine, glutamine, ZMA's etc which, given an unlimited supply of money, i would invest in if i were to stack individual supplements, but the stack means i can bulk cleaner and i can make sure i get enough creatine and BCAA's as a serving of sci-mx only has 5g creatine.

    Any thoughts would be much appreciated as i would like to place an order ASAP!
