    Mid-cycle bleeding and heavy lifting

Does anyone else seem to suffer spotting in between periods whilst lifting heavy? My period isn't due for another 10 days or so but I've been spotting today which is unusual for me. I'm not sure if it's a coincidence but I got a new deadlift PB of 110kg yesterday and am wondering if that is anything to do with it? I noticed in the past when I increased weights that I was spotting the next day.

Anyone else experienced the same? Do you think it's connected?

I've been spotting too. It seem like any time I change my exercise routine or intensity I spot. Never had that problem before I started weight training. It started after I had been lifting a year or so.

That's normal for a heavy DL day. You greatly tax your pelvic floor and create pressure on your uterus/cervix, spotting afterwards is pretty common.

Spotting throughout the month is not, a simple change in routine usually doesn't correspond to bleeding.
