    Too much protein in one meal?

    I just had around 100g of protein just in one meal. Had a protein shake, a steak and bread. Will all this protein be used or will my body only use 30-40g like some people say?

    well i'm not sure why you're eating 100g of protein in one meal man. how much do you weight? i'm a natural bodybuilder and weigh right now about 215 and my LBM is around 200-201. i usually take in 2g per pound of lean body weight. so i take in about 400-500g of protein daily, roughly 70g per meal. you look like you weight alot less than me my man. so if you're taking in 100g per meal then you're taking in way too much bro. or was that just one meal?

    Back when we were hunting our own food, we wood go hunt during the day, and prepare and eat the meal at night. We took in ALL our protein in 1 or 2 meals. Some days, there was no food available, other days, you had some thing to eat. That's why were able to store fat. And that is also why you shouldn't worry about an protein intake of 100g in one meal, as the body will digest it, as human's doesn't develop that quick. (Of course there is a limit, but it's probably not 100g. Most food will take a few hours to digest anyways)

    So no problem eating 100g in one meal. It will, if anything, be a good thing (Protein Pulse Feeding, google it).
