Little update from me as I've been to the dentist today. She told me my teeth were fine no problems at all so I guess this stuff doesn't damage teeth..
I spoke to her regarding teeth whitening and she said they do the exact same thing as what is in OP apart from they make custom trays and charge £300/$470.
She also mentioned that I don't need to whiten my teeth as they are buriful

I don't think so. From what I've read, the light enhances the chemicals in the gel and makes it more effective during the whitening process.
If you want to start whitening it would be fine. It just won't be as effective as it would with the light. I've been doing it waiting for my new light to come in the mail.

I THOUGHt you were supposed to do the gel on it's own for 30 minutes and then brush and clean trays and fill em up again and do it with the light again.
I couldnt do the 2nd step with the light. My mouth just started getting too sensitive. Is it okay if I do this step tommorow now?4k+ my friends call me Ras
Being strong and fat is like being skinny with abs. Neither of them count

I went ahead and bought the one posted by OP
http://www.ebay.com/itm/220724608114...84.m1497.l2649
Ended up buying 4 other things as well, for acne/blackheads.
