Ok, thats what I figured. Directions also say after using the trays with the gel for 30 mins, rinse, re-apply gel and do another 30 min cycle.

do you use 1/4 cc on the top half all up and then 1/4 cc on the bottom half of the mouth guard all up? orr 1/4cc for both parts?

I just put a dab per tooth on the mouth piece.

I did my first for about 50 minutes because I didn't feel my teeth getting sensitive. I put the light on after 30 and now it won't turn back on. wtfman.

Little update from me as I've been to the dentist today. She told me my teeth were fine no problems at all so I guess this stuff doesn't damage teeth..

I spoke to her regarding teeth whitening and she said they do the exact same thing as what is in OP apart from they make custom trays and charge £300/$470.

She also mentioned that I don't need to whiten my teeth as they are buriful

Same **** happened to me, I ordered another light from a different seller and contacted original seller. I've been getting emails from them that look a 1st grader wrote. Will make a claim if they don't send me a new one for free... cheeky kunts i swear....

Yes. Take the batteries out and put them back in. If it still doesn't work then you're sh!t outta luck

Studies have shown that the LED light makes no real long term difference besides making the teeth look a bit whiter for the first few days after whitening. Then they just go back to normal as if you never used the light.

I don't think so. From what I've read, the light enhances the chemicals in the gel and makes it more effective during the whitening process.

If you want to start whitening it would be fine. It just won't be as effective as it would with the light. I've been doing it waiting for my new light to come in the mail.

I put the gel in, then after 20 minutes I put the light in too and keep everything in for 30 minutes longer

I couldnt do the 2nd step with the light. My mouth just started getting too sensitive. Is it okay if I do this step tommorow now?
