Shiny teeth brah reporting in. I'm surprised how many people are shocked by his results. Good thread nonetheless and great advice, though those being your results after the first night I am doubtful. Carbamide Peroxide is a highly effective way to obtain whiter teeth and you most likely will notice results on the first application, but I doubt you'll see results as substantial as that unless the LED light really adds to the effect?

some clarification:

Apply 1/4th cc of Peroxide onto the front part of the mouthpiece for the top and bottom pieces.

where do we apply the peroxide? on the INSIDE of the mouth piece, so the peroxide touches the OUTSIDE (front) part of the teeth, right?? so just on ONE of the inner walls of the mouth piece (the one that touches the outside of your teeth), correct?

and also.... the first time you apply peroxide, you DON'T use the light, correct? you only use it at step 6, right? and also you said put the light in your mouth..... how exactly? just put it above your tongue? between your inner lips and gums? or wut?

didn't read but i bet you used some mild abrasive / floss to get the surface stains off easily then hydrogen peroxide 3% w/w somehow applied to your teeth for more than 15min+ or so. maybe some kind of mouthguard they use in sports. all it is is the bleach needs to stay on your teeth for a long time so it can get inside and bleach further in the enamel

Apply on the wall that touches the outer part of your teeth in the mouthpiece.

1. Put 1/4th of a cc onto the front of the mouthguard/trays.(inside the trays) Your spit will make it distribute out evenly in a couple of minutes. It's not going to bleach just a few teeth. It eventually spreads out to all the teeth. Yes even the back. (something crest whitestrips can't do/hard to do) and yea correct. you use the peroxide first then brush your teeth and wash the mouthpiece then REapply 1/4th cc of peroxide and put in your mouth WITH the light. then at the last step you wash your mouth/mouthpiece and put in the remineralization gel.

How long did your results last? Are teeth more susceptible to yellowing afterwards? I just don't want to use it if my teeth will get yellow faster, since they are fairly white right now. But I wouldn't mind a super white smile...

they're suppose to last as long as professional whitenings but I dunno. I just did it tonight.

i posted in your previous thread about the quality of carabmide peroxide you ordered. definitely be careful as to where the carbamide peroxide is coming from, my guess is for $11.99 it's coming from overseas somewhere. obviously, you should shoot for something you know is quality and supported with quality control testing by a lab. just something to keep in mind when using something like this on your teeth.

Depends on the quantity of foods and drinks you're taking in that will stain them. But the results even then do last a really long time.

ya I had to research a lot/ask friends/parents before doing it but hey I'd say it's working pretty well right now with no side effects. In 50 years maybe they'll have better technology to repair or maybe regrow teeth, ya never know
