    noice, i have also stopped weight training cuz im cutting, i seem to get better results with calisthetics

    I'm still pretty new to this thing but don't you typically want to keep lifting on a cut to preserve muscle mass?

    You can get shredded doing anything over time, just weights work it the fastest. (opinion)

    3. From the youtube vids this type of training I wonder why it's so popular with the black community and not so much with whites.
