I went from 103 pounds to 127, I probably went up in a little body fat, but have seen huge strength gains. I have just started a new routine "Starting Strength" 2 weeks ago and got new supplements 3-4 weeks ago, so get ready for some progress.
I want to know how you guys think I'm coming along, more cardio? less cardio? I'm open to any suggestions
also I'm pretty sure you can tell what's before and after in the pic.
