Strength wise?
315 bench
495 dead
455 squat
Athletic wise?
Landing a scholarship via football or track&field would be nice.
I want to run as fast as those 160 kids.
Want to throw 55ft shotput this year at track

yes, after those natty lifts, and obviously when I'm older.Makes bout $350/week crew ( srs )
Second Job because no social life crew ( totally ok with it )

Reach 90 kilos (around 200 lbs) ... I'll see where to go from there ... time line ? 4-5 months .

Long term
compete in a powerlifting meet this winter (prob 148lb class)
eventually when i reach 165 lean compete in natural bodybuilding
get my personal training license this spring
compete in both powerlifting and bodybuilding while ate college.
short term
add 30lbs to my squat in the next by new years
add 30lbs to my deadlift in next by new years
get my bw+1 plate dips up to 12 reps by new years
gain ~3 lbs by new years (excluding water weight)Staple Supplements:
