    By new years 2013 I want to be able to:

    Flat bench press 225lbs (current is 145x5-7)
    Squat 365-400lbs (current squat 205x5-6 and is going up very quickly, 5-10lbs a week)
    Deadlift 450lbs (current 1rm is 275)
