I just started lifting back in early November, I've gained a few pounds and I've made reasonable progress, but next week, i'm going down to Mexico to visit some family and friends for 2 weeks and don't get back until January 3.
My family members down there aren't big on lifting, I mean, they are athletic, they play soccer but they're more into cardio cause of that..
Will I lose any gains I have made from just a 2 week break from lifting? I'll be eating loads of protein and carbs for sure but... I don't want to lose any progress i've made and I won't be lifting much at all...
