    Too much supplements?

    Hello All!

I am wondering if this is too much for a 14 year old. I do. I don't want to go out and buy stuff they will wreck my liver and screw with my hormones, so here is the list.

Morning: Quest Teen Boys Daily One, Wild Fish Oils, Omega 3 from wild salmon, IsoSensation 93 shake. (I already take these)
Pre Workout: White Flood, Creatine Monohydrate, IsoSensation 93
    Intra Workout: AminoCore BCAA
Post Workout: Creatine Monohydrate, IsoSensation 93
    Before Bed: AllMax Casein Protein

I have about 6 small meals per day, and consume on average, 3000 calories, 200g protein, 225g carbs, and 60 g fat. My training schedule is 3x per week, cardio every other day. I have been doing this for about 7 months without all those supplements (I only have IsoSensation, Creatine Monohydrate, all of the morning multivitamins, and the casein protein) and have had significant gains. This week is my rest week.

Is this too much? Do you have any tips on how I could improve?

Thanks in advance and happy holidays!

    Josh

You should get multi and fish oil
whey is good when timed around working out
creatine is safe and works, so why not.

you are 14 so you are better off spending your money on these rather than candy.
Fitness is a battle - are You ready for the front line?
