Nope. That's what it comes down too, people struggle to properly eat, and while there are many who have "okay" diets I don't think there's anyone on the board who can say every single f*cking day they hit their macros day in and day out.

People seem to put eating at the lowest of importance and it doesn't make one bit of sense. When your young what do you do to get bigger? You EAT. What happens when you put old gas in a new car? It runs like Sh*t. If you put new gas? Runs like a charm. Same aspect into your food! What you put in is what you can expect to get out. If you put your training and your supplementation over your overall nutrition your in for a rude awakening.

Brb lookin like arnold naturally with perfect diet. Yea thats bull****. You cant get to his size naturally. i know food is the most important but to say it steroids dont build muscle is obsurd. Theres studies that show that people gained more lean mass on steroids without training, than people who didnt do steroids and lifted.

I never said you could look like arnold naturally. I also never said you could look like Dennis James naturally. I said it doesn't matter what you do unless you have the fundamentals (eating) down, you'll never reach your full potential without eating properly and that's all I'm trying to say, I think you know that and are just trying to be stupid and exaggerate my point

He's not saying in the video that you can gain his physique naturally and all you have to do is eat, he's more-so saying steroids aren't a magic drug and you can take as many things as you want but without the fundamentals understood and implemented (Diet, Routine, Rest) Then even steroids won't help you.

This. They are like, a really really effective supplement (inb4 someone stupid tries to say I think supplements are as effective as steroids lol), but at the end of the day, they are still just that- supplementary.

steroids arent supplementary when it comes to being a pro in the ifbb. A person who takes steroids and still has a **** diet can look way better than anyone could with a perfect diet naturally.

**** diet usually means a ***got that isn't eating the calories needed to put on weight, but somehow expect that stereoids will magically build muscle out of thin air.

If you aren't eating enough to maintain your current mass w/o steroids you aren't going to be able to maintain your mass w/ steroids. You cannot make and maintain gains without eating enough. You cannot make gains with a bad diet. It's a fairly simple concept I'm not sure why you aren't grasping it. Increase in LBM = increase in total caloric expenditure. not maintainign an equal energy balance = losing weight. You can do all the steroids you want, if you don't eat enough, you'll never gain substantial weight. You seem to think that the cornerstone of pro bodybuilding (or any bodybuilding for that matter) is not eating. It doesn't matter how much insulin, growth hormone, or AAS you put into your body. You're going to have to eat, and if you can't eat big w/o those drugs have fun trying to eat the amounts you're going to need for them to even be effective when you use them.

When you guys say eating right, do you mean eating 6x a day with spread intervals, or just counting macros? I mean I probably eat only 4 times a day and count 200g protein and 280-300g carbs a day to gain 1-2lbs a week, what else can I do to benefit my diet?

meeting your macros, having proper pre and post workout nutrition and eating nutritious foods (vegetables) to obtain a variety of micronutrients

I have the fruits/veggies down, but I usually don't take in any calories preworkout. Is it important to eat preworkout even if you get your macros down?

I personally think it is and that's all I can say. I don't have a degree in nutritional/exercise science and blah blah blah w/e sort of disclaimer I need to prevent this from turning into a **** storm.

I think high cho/pro 2h preworkout, preworkout and 30m-1h post workout are important
