Hey guys,
First of all this is my first post, so i have no idea if I'm posting in the right section.
I have read many articles online about bodybuilding , but each time i read something it gets contradicted somewhere else.
I have posted an old pic of me ( 4 years ago ) and recent ones. As you can see in the pics, there not much visible progress, but i can feel it when i train by lifting weights that i never thought were possible for me.
I've been training for 4 months now 5 days per week and i intend to continue doing so. My BF% at the moment is 14.6% , I'm 83 Kg and 1.89 m .
I'm working everyday a separate muscle, except 1 day ( biceps triceps together ), changing workouts every 4 weeks, started with 3 sets of 10-8-6 then 10-10-8 and now I'm switching to 12-10-10.
This month I stopped eating all kind of junk food too ( i miss those lol ) and I'm taking Pro complex gainer & Assault ( as a pre workout)
Any tips to help me get to my goal ? Aiming for 10-12% BF, without losing weight if it's possible.
