thx dude, I have no probs with ladies even now but I am sluggish as well right now, and a bit unmotivated, bcoz of my fukin frendz didnt say anythg about my transformation!

Deadlift- 5x5 295lb (stats suck, rehabilitating herniated disk)
diet was keto for 3 months and strength routine, next 3 months was 40-40-20 ratio, -10% (off) +20% (on), 5 times a week cardio and high/low reps 4-5 days split with tons of supersets, dropsets, giant sets.
