So I'm 20 years old, 6"1' and weigh 263.3 pounds, with a goal weight of 198 pounds
So starting tomorrow I will starting my fat loss transformation, by taking the following steps:
1) consume 2000 calories per day.
2) 40 minutes cardio daily
3) weights 3 days per week.
4) limit carbs to a minimum.
I will update this weekly from tomorrow, feel free to post any tips..
