da fuk are those balls on top of the weight stacks? Extra weights? Why not just add another small plate to the top stack? I don't get it, but lol @ the face he makes to the camera in the first seconds when he spins the balls down to the weight stack

I have the same equipment in my gym. The weights go up by 15lbs, so if you don't want to move up a whole 15lbs, you can lower one of those move-able weighs for an additional 5lbs, or two of them for an additional 10lbs until you can progress to the next weight stack. They aren't made for the purpose of adding more weight once you've maxed out, although if you are a beast like Antoine, that's what you would use them for. lol

I have good glutes and hams... which is why I can use fairly heavy with full ROM... also goes with hip and ankle flexibility... my training partner cannot go below 90 degrees....
I really believe that if you want full round swollen lookin' legs, you need to go all the way down on most of your presses/squats..
Also note that not all Hack machines are made the same... I tried one once, I could barely do 4 on each side... it was almost vertical lolUNIVERSAL ATHLETE
