Need some help with my monitor(REPS)

I recently bought a new monitor for my PC and it worked fine untill a while ago, where it would just randomly black out and say: 'no video input' 'entering sleep mode'

The cables are fine, ive got the latest drivers. Anyone know whats causing this?

Either the GPU or Monitor is the problem. I am betting its the GPU? Have you tried using it on anything other then the monitor?

I havent, but thats a good idea, i might watch some tv on it later to see if it happens again. If it doesnt happen again i can rule out the monitor as the problem. thanks brah

does ur video card use a mini-hdmi output? I found that the converter thing can easily become momentarily dislodged if i bump my table causing the screen to blank out. Its possible your psu is not upto scratch and your pc just does not get enough power to keep outputting a picture.

Assuming you still have the old one try hooking that one back up and see if that works, if it works its the new monitor if it doesn't then its the video card.
