I just recently started working out about 1 month ago, and i've been just working out what I feel needed done that day, if I did arms one day i do shoulder/back next.. etc..
But now that i'm more serious about working out, can someone help me develope a routine for a 5day workout? I see a lot of people do like triceps/chest together, or they just do chest.
Also, If I focus on lets say shoulders/black for that day, do I just work those out only? Do i do a little for biceps or anything? Or do I wait a whole week to do it again
Thanks in advance everyone.

My advice. Try to incorporate as many compound lifts as you can into your workouts. Beginners gain size fairly easily because their muscles aren't used to the stimulus...more advanced lifters have more complex splits and workout routines because they need to shock the body to have it keep adapting. Keep it simple and stick to the basics.
