Hi lads,im new to this forum and i would greatly apreciate any nutrional help available,im 5ft 11" and weigh just 12 stone,iv been working out for the last year and i feel i have just waisted a years membership,i have a very high motabalisim and find it very hard to hold on to any weight i put on,(not sure weather that is a good or bad thing),iv tried gainers but all i seem to get is a pot belly and bloated feeling,if i could find a diet that would help me gain just a few pounds and hold onto it i would be very happy,the main area i am struggling in is what to eat and when to eat it,im not a big eater and dont have a big appitite either,question is am i waisting my time and yours???,again any help would be greatly appreciated,thanks,,,,,,,,,,
