Has it ever been inappropriate? Does the sheer enticement of the word "bacon" whet one's appetite more than "Nitro OX 32 Pre-WO Hydro Maxi-Mass Formula!!" What role does it play in your bodybuilding diet, bulking or cutting? What is your bacon regimen: 3 sets of 4 strips, for example? What has been your favourite bacon creation, and has it ever been in an "out of the box" non-programmed issue ... meaning, instead of "Starting Bacon Strength", you instead did, "Bacon Cheesecake", to some successful effect?

My favorite bacon dish is made with tomato gravy.
Fry some bacon in a some sort of skillet/pan, save the grease......then dice up some onion and fry it in grease until it carmelizes a bit. Next, take some flour, water, and milk and mix it in with the onion/grease mixture, stir it for a minute. Then, take some crushed tomato or diced, blend it in and simmer. Finally, take the bacon that you cooked up at first, crumble into the tomato gravy and pour it all over rice.
Do this, and watch your gains explode.....RAW PRs--no suit, no belt, no wraps, no spotters

There will be the "What is the curl weight differential between EZ and straight bar?". Except they'll be serious from the newbs. Acck! I'll request to mod to move this bacon inquiry to the O35 Misc. There are a few other egg ones ... those weren't mine. The eggs can stay. I'll take the bacon.

Roasted Onion + Bacon Dip
6 medium yellow onions halved crosswise, root and stem ends X'd twice
1 tablespoon olive oil
6 - 8 slices bacon , cooked crisp and drained, crumbled
2 cups sour cream
2 1/4 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1/2 teaspoon celery seed
3 tablespoons chopped fresh chives
1/2 teaspoon table salt
Ground black pepper
1. Adjust oven rack to lowest position and heat oven to 400 degrees. Line a baking sheet or jelly roll pan with aluminum foil; rub foil with oil. Place onions cut side down on baking sheet. Roast until dark brown around bottom edge and tender when pierced with thin skewer or knife tip, about 30 minutes. Transfer pan to rack; let onions rest for 5 minutes before lifting off pan with metal spatula. Let onions cool then peel and chop fine.
2. Mix all ingredients (including onions) in medium bowl. Serve immediately or chill.

How come nobody makes a bacon flavored protein shake powder? Or a pre-work out supp that actually has real pieces of bacon in it?

First, bacon is one of the major food groups. One should consume many servings per day.
Secondly, there is a Bacon, Steak, Beer, Shania thread in which we discuss all things bacon, all things steak, all things beer, and all things Shania Twain. You and everyone are welcome to post there.
Thirdly, I am digging the bacon dip recipe. Most excellent. There is an Official O35 Recipe Thread that jtroster (I think) started. It's fabulous. You should post your recipe there.
Fourthly, this thread should be merged with 2ndChance's thread, "is it just me?"
Finally, have a shot of bacon-flavoured vodka and let me know what the heck you could ever mix that with.
I think that's all.No drama: You know where we are.

Thought I heard of them all -- that's new on me! Sometimes those types of flavours are better as a food ingredient. Black Pepper Vodka (for example) is pretty limited in cocktail usage, but plays nice as Mango-Black Pepper Sorbet. Bacon Vodka would be useful in an cherry tart, ... though a Bacon-Apple Martini doesn't sound bad, either.

Bacon has a lot of saturated fat and this is helps testosterone creation. IMHO, bacon is actually MORE efficacious than some of the way over-hyped up bodybuilding supplements we have all spent a ton of money on over the years.
