It took me some thoughts before putting my pics here, trolls, haters and racists and all that, but I love this website like my home and all the supports, and I really do need evaluation from others since I never asked someone about it.
I was 165 pds 10months ago, was educating at college, drinks almost everyday, eat junk foods and skips meal and so on.. I was usually not getting attention from girls unless I wear nice clothes, and I started wonder what could be the core problem. And one thing that caught my attention, is the general fact that Americans (not just caucasians) like big guys. Traditionally Asian girls like toned guys who isn't that big although some Asian girls like big guys which is very rare. Anyway.. I'm changing the subject and don't troll because I am typing without re-checking what I just typed.
Anyway I get a lot more attention from girls now and it feels great. Of course it depends on individual level but I feel much confident and people do look at me different. I Know I have long way to go and I am still planning to gain of course not fat, just lean muscles.
Anyway I will take any constructive criticism, that's no problem, I really want to know what you guys really think.
Thanks and here is my current pic. It's really hard to take pic with iphone , next time I will get digital cam or something.
Edit: attached images in case Imageshack TOS violates by bad reporters..
SCREW IMAGESHACK damn lol...

Thanks for opinion, I am yet to see anyone's constructive criticism. And thanks for your positive comment.
Well my goal hasn't changed and still trying to gain more, but I do plan to burn bodyfat, recently I run a lot more on treadmills, I used to run 10mins per day but now I run about 20 minutes and even added cario day in my routine. I am also having strict diet I hardly ever eat any fat, sugar related foods anymore so hopefully I can look a lot better in the futureDymatize ISO-100 protein: 25g protein, 1 carb, 0 fat, 0 lactose, 0 sugar

uh, you do realize that you need fat in your diet right? if youre not eating enough fats youre doing it wrong.
you have a pretty high BF. its definately time to cut. upper arms and shoulders look pretty good. i would recommend cutting down and then focusing on your chest, back, and forearms next time you bulk. definately need more mass there as well as your traps(which dont seem to exist). how are the wheels?

Yea I kinda exeggerated. I mean I do get fat, even the chicken breast have fat in it but I am trying to minimize it as much as I can. Sometimes I make it well cooked and put paper towel next to it so it absorbs lots of fats. Chicken gets super dried and really not tasty at all compared to average cooked juicy chicken :P Yea I need to work on those. Wheels have high bf as well lol and its huge. Been doing heavy leg work out and leg seems to grow too fast. I will take pic later on those.
Thanks, but I rather stay insecure until I somewhat satisfy the needs that people are pointing out.
Thanks for your opinion and I agree. I been recently putting a lot more efforts on lats and chest, bicep just seems hard to cut and get the peak on the bicep so I will have to find a new routine... Traps, used to have big looking traps because I had smaller shoulder lol..
It seems like lots of works are required.. cutting and then building up all those muscles.. It wasn't easy bulking, and now another hard mission.. I would appreciate if someone knows good cutting routine (or program) and get those muscle build afterward. But yea it also depends on how my body will take.. My chest for example, been growing super slow compared to my leg, which seems to grow every inch everytime I work out. I know how it's easy for you guys to tell me 'work on that and grow that', but it just doesn't seem to work that way.
But yea it's all my job and I gotta find the best routine and best plan to do so. Thank you for the opinions and yet to see more comments. I will def update this thread once I somewhat accomplishes my mission.Last edited by godsamurai; 12-11-2011 at 03:17 AM.

Once you cut, The vascularity on your shoulders is going to be insane!!! I would cut now, and when you see how ripped you will be or wont be, then do another bulk!
Either way, Keep up the good work!Check out my GST workout Journal: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=138364783

I'm impressed dude. You can see the gains coming through for sure.
Dunno how much more you're wanting to put on.
Regardless though, you'll look really good after a cut man. Solid effort.Big natty nutsac

Doing good man, biggest self motivating thing you can do is keep pictures, remind you why you're doing this and where you came from. You're going to run into a lot of criticism from people who've forgotten, ignore it. I'd start cutting down now, it definitely looks like you'll see a solid base when you lean out!

note: everything I say here could be important so you don't want to skip single sentence.
To be honest I wasn't even tracking how much I been eating, and I was noob and didn't even calculate all that calories ( I didn't even know how and recetly found out because I am serious about cutting now).
10 months ago, I decided bulking but of course no knowledges about how and was lazy to research on internet, I wans't just serious. Then I googled on how to bulk and found one poster saying "eat eat eat". I simply believed it without knowing difference b/w clean bulking and dirty bulking.
Dirty bulking phase (7month or more): So,, I really ate ANYTHING (cheat meals).. meats that includes fat such as pork, not caring about fats on the meats thinking "im young enough and it will burn when i lift" lmao.. As my background ethnicity, we eat rice pretty much everyday. Sometimes white rice, but mostly brown rice. I didn't even know brown rice was good, we been eating that because it's known for healthy food (fights against diabetes and stuffs) and my dad is 60. If my dad wasn't around I would just eat white rice because presonnaly I dislike how brown rice taste. We eat soup and Kimchi also almost daily, I just recently found out Kimchi has lots of vitamin C and A, not only that, Kimchi is a cabbage so there's lots of good fibers although I'm still not sure what fiber does.. (helps muscle fibers? lol...). Anyway I made sure to eat meats on every meals and all kind of meats (pork, steak, chicken leg, or whole chicken, duck, etc..) And of course, I ate tons of fastfoods, burgers, pizzas, sodas all that you can think of.
About suppliments, I took shakes on and off because I was gaining enough proteins anyway from diets. At this point, my weight was already close to 180pds, I guess it was success for weight wise... xD When I was 180pds, it was about 3 months ago.
Results and pros and cons: Gained lots of weight including lots of muscles, but gained lots of fats and huge abs (about abs, if I worked out during this phase I was probably able to maintain 6packs which I used to have long ago)
Clean bulking phase (about 3 month): Anyway 3 month ago, I found out my ab was huge... although my other body parts was grown, I felt alerted. Even people were telling me it looks big. And at that point, I found out about clean bulking from this website.. And that's when I started avoiding fat, sugar based foods. I became more serious about suppliments and cut diet sometimes and took shakes instead. I made sure to work out on abs again at least once a week. You are probably thinking "once a week?!" but from the past 7 month, I hardly ever worked out on abs.. And from the past 7month, I hardly ever ran nor walked on treadmill, because I heard about running too much can hinder the bulking. So I sometimes walked like 1 or 2 minutes in the gym considering I walk outside anyway.
So from the past 3 month, my diet mainly has been, brown rice, various korean soups, chicken breast, egg white, whole grain bread, various vegetables (including kimchi) and fruits, fish and some other sea foods, sometimes I eat white rice and potatoe as well.
From the past 3months, I gained 5pounds which is only about 1/4 gain compared to the 7months before that 3 months. But at least it was clean bulking and I was able to lose my abs.
Result and pros and cons: Slow gaining weight, but not much fats and no more abs bloating. Hate to cook sometimes and can be stressful. Economically can be bad because you got to buy tons of good foods and suppliments.
If you want to try quick bulking, you probably want to try my 7month bulking style, although not highly recommended, but if I will be able to cut and get in good shape, then you proably want to try that dirty bulking and do a cut later. If you want slow clean bulking, then try my 3months bulking style, but it is sometimes depressing and I already feel like quitting. I miss the damn foods.
GL and all the best!Last edited by godsamurai; 12-16-2011 at 04:12 PM.
