My quest for cutting. Critique needed.

Hey guys, little background information first, i started working out when i was around 15/16 with a friend, saw good gains when looking back (didnt at the time) I didnt really eat correct though.

I didnt think it, but looking back, i was quite a chubby kid at school, and even though i was lifting hard 3-4 times a week and doing cardio 2-3 times a week, i really didnt notice anything.

Recently i have been seeing old school friends who have been complimenting me on my weight loss, made me happy , but in my opinion, im no wher near lean.

Last year i broke my collar bone so i couldnt lift, i lost strengh and put on abit of weight, but im ready to get back into it now, but this time with a proper nutritional plan.

So here is what i have come up with so far, Im 20 years old, 6"4, 196 lbs (use to be between 220 and 240 i would think.)

This is what i have worked out, please correct if i am wrong.

    Used a calculator for this

    3280cals cals x 1.55

    2780cals cutting.

On a 40/40/20 split comes up with this,

    1112 - Protein
    1112 - Carbs
    556 - Fat

Heres my nutrition plan so far, i work from 7-3 everyday in a supermarket, so my days off are different, i've put in the hours for my working days.

6:30 - has to be very quick, as i get up at 5:30 and dont really want to get up earlier,i dont really have much appetite yet either, tried a whey shake with grinded oats - didnt fill me up tho, could stomach a chicken sandwich or tuna sandwich though.

10:30/11 - Oats + Shake or maybe some real food such as pack of deli chicken peices.

3 - Tuna or chicken Sandwich with mayo + No Xplode

    Workout 3-4/4:30

    PWO Shake

7 - Lean meat, veggies, rice/pasta OR cutting recipe i have, which is basically chicken, mushroom, brocolli, garlic, onion, rice, steamed then stir fried.

10 - CC (Can't find natural PB in uk, please advise)

So thats it, i drink water continuously, take a multicit and omega 3 caps in the morning.

Now, i really love eggs, dont see where they could go though? But they are cheap, can get like 30 for £2.50 from tesco.

Also, I really like a recipe i have been doing, WW pasta, can tuna, 1 tbsp EVOO, tomato, cucumber, black pepper. Dont really see where it would fit in though?

    I workout 3 times a week with a bodypart plus 20mins elliptical.

Currently not sure how many calories it all adds up to, thats a work in progress.

    Thoughts?

you could add eggs in wherever, egg whites have like 10 calories per egg or something and lots of protein.
