....
Rejected. Feels bad man :-(
Hours spent on essays. 28 ACT. 3.98 GPA unweighted. IB courses. #1 in my class.
Feel like all this effort was wasted.

<--- from the east coast. doesn't know **** about the ACT. You'll still get in somewhere OP... the college you go to can be a big deal for certain careers/graduate paths and for others it doesn't matter where the hell you graduate from. Just transfer there after a year if it was your dream school.

epic memory
Harvard sucks if you're in any way social or athletic but NOT on the varsity teams. Hell, it sucks in general. Girls are ****ing ugly, gyms are absolute sh*t (and the only decent facility is accessible only to varsity athletes, no matter who you're friends with OR EVEN IF ONE OF THE COACHES VOUCHES FOR YOU), social life is horrible, dorms are falling apart, winters are cold as hell and the sun sets extremely early, etc etc. Very depressing place for somebody who expects it to be "the best in the world"
Hell, I even came back there this year (September) to try to finish, but after a month couldn't stand it and left again. Chilling in Majorca atm
