It's not inherantly bad, but it is a bit young to start relying on them. At 15 you should really be working twords getting your diet to be a well timed machine rather than filling in gaps with protein powder. I doubt you can't get the required amount for your bodyweight. You don't need a ton of protein really, 1g per lean pound of mass will do.

It's protein. You get it from milk. And chicken. And other food. I would emphasize food, as food provides other nutrients and is friggin delicious. And protein powder is no longer very cost effective...you can find better deals on chicken in the store...
