Ive heard that yes they do, and no they don't. I know generally people say keto is 65% fat 30% protein and 55 carbs.
Ive also read that you should do up to 80% fat.
I know carbs is a minimum to stay under and protein is a goal to hit but not really go over.
Is there a difference in your experience if you are at 30% protein or 20% protein? I've read that eating to much protein can throw you out of ketosis. So right now im trying to stay around 0.8 grams of protein per pound of lean body mass.

It's probably better to focus on keeping carbs below net 20 g, hit your protein target (i'm bad about that) and then fill up the rest of your target calories with fat and/or eat fat to satiety. percentages . . . i don't think there's science to back that up.
the better you get at "reading" your body's needs, the less you need to count i think. if you're body is really chowing down on your body fat at the moment or that day, you may be less hungry and need less fat and calories in general. it may take a while to get to that point, but you can get there.5/3/1 PRs: Deadlift: 90kg x 7 // Squat: 62.5kg x 7 // Bench: 42.5kg x 10 // Press: 32.5kg x 7 // Strict Pull-Ups: 4
