No actual houses in my area for that price range, but you can get a converted 3 bedroom schitty apartment in this co-op building:

my parents just sold their house here for $275,000. 4100 sq ft, pool, 30x60 shop building, 2 acre lake front lot.
- also land in rural areas here is about $1k per acre. so you could buy 350 acres of farm land or wooded land for $350kTHINK FOR YOURSELF, QUESTION AUTHORITY!
