When it comes to Bench press, I lift around 70kg x 6 reps (I'm a beginner), but when I want to do Dumbbell bench presses, I can't go for not even 20kg per hand...
Any advice on how I could increase the weight, my strength?
Thank you!

I'm the total opposite, my bench stat is awful compared to by dumbbell bench press. I think for helping with your problem is just keep at it, I don't know how long you've been doing them but when I first started I started pretty low and had problems keeping them balanced and spent a lot of energy just stopping them from wobbling, so just keep at it, check your form is perfect and soon your stat will go up.

Dumbbell bench presses are kinda funny. They require better form and focus on individual arm strength. As the other guy said just keep going and progress will be made. I would make sure you try some different variations of the db bench press like the press with some wrist rotation and some incline. The weight kinda jumps for this exercise, I was only doing about 60lbs each and then came back about a month later ( took a small break from lifting) but ended up doing 100lbs each for reps. Hope it works out for ya.
