Im currently 201 lbs 6 feet tall. Not sure of my body fat but my metabolism is super fast. I think I'm consuming over 3k a day at work I dont burn anything. An I can eat what I want when I want. What would you recommend I eat a day to gain more muscle? I'm also eatting very high carb foods. My goal is to hit 230 before march and cut up April to July. I'm assuming I'll Lose 20 lbs during my cut but for now I need to get bigger thank you!

3000 calories per day is paltry.
Try 4-5000 and up your protein.314/231/352/881@123
