    What about half GOMAD

I am strongly considering doing GOMAD for a month or 2, but honestly I think that 4 liters of milk is wayy too much ( and everything in excess is bad mostly)
2 liters seems to be ideal ( 1100 calories)
    What do you think?

    /bulking ofc/

    thanks

There are many people who have seen success with GOMAD. It is a lot of milk, but it's also quick calories and protein.

You are right, too much good can be bad, in this case calcium. I did gomad for 6 months, and my iron levels plumbed. Turns out calcium interferes with Iron absorbtion, not a good thing. So keep it in moderation. I have been on 2L of milk for 18 months and my iron levels are to good levels.

So I definitely do not recomend full gomad, half seems fine.
