Ive gained about 11 pounds from 3 maybe 4 months of working out. But I still look exactly the same, only thing that looks bigger is legs. Chest kinda looks smaller? Wtf?
Need more protein?

Dont bump your own thread every 15 minutes, thats a surefire way to piss people off around here. Decrease your calories just barely but i would definately look into changing your routine. What are you lifts like? Squat/Bench/Deadlift?
